Do You Need a Breakthrough Spiritual Coach?

If you’re feeling lost, stuck, or just generally unfulfilled, it might be time to consider working with a Spiritual Coach. But what exactly is a Spiritual Coach? And what can they do for you?

First, there were Life Coaches or Executive Coaches (for business). Then I saw a lot of Accountability Coaches popping up, and the latest trend seems to be the emergence of Spiritual Coaches.

What are the differences between these 3 different types of coaching?

Life Coaching

Life Coaches have been around since the 1980s. Thomas Leonard is credited with being the first person to become a professional life coach. He pivoted from being a Financial Planner to helping people better plan their lives and reach their goals. He called it “Life Planning.”

One of the most widely used tools in life coaching is the Wheel of Life, which helps you determine which areas of your life you’re satisfied with and where you’d like to improve. The Wheel of Life focuses on 8 areas: Health, Friends & Family, Romance, Personal Growth, Fun & Recreation, Physical Environment, Business/Career, and Finances.

On a scale of 1 to 10, if you are completely satisfied with an aspect of your life, you would rate it a 10. Someone who has…
