How to Create the Life of Your Dreams and Change Your Unwanted Behaviors
As a coach and hypnotherapist, I’m used to having people come to me, hoping that I will change their life as if by magic.
I always explain that change won’t come from anything I do or say but from inside of them.
However, recently I caught myself falling into a similar trap. I was facing a challenging situation, and I found myself looking outside for someone or something to help me. I wanted a solution, and I wanted it now! Who could help me, and where could I find the answer?
Then it hit me like a ton of bricks. I’ve got to take ownership and make the change happen myself. No one is going to come and rescue me. I’m tired of going in circles trying to solve this problem. I’ve got to take ownership and resolve it myself once and for all.
So how did I do that, and how can YOU do that?
First, you have to BELIEVE that it’s possible.
If things aren’t how you want them to be, you’re probably blocking them from happening with your thinking and beliefs. You’ve got to crush those limiting beliefs and believe that what you desire is possible.
