Now, I’m not against medication when it’s needed, but isn’t it a bit like using a chainsaw to trim a bonsai tree?

As a hypnotherapist and counselor, I’ve seen the power of the mind firsthand. And let me tell you, it’s more potent than any pill.

The Quick-Fix Culture

We live in a world where quick fixes are the norm. Instant noodles, same-day delivery, and yes, instant mood fixes in the form of pills. But what if we’re missing something crucial? What if the key to unlocking our happiness lies not in a pill bottle but in our own minds?
