Do you feel like your workday is one long string of meetings? If so, you’re not alone. Many people feel overwhelmed by the number of meetings they have to attend each day.

I’ve come to dread the sound of my co-worker’s voice coming through the office door because I know that it means another hour of my day is gone. And if you’re anything like me, then you probably feel rushed and stressed throughout the day. This is not how work should be!

In my own experience, so much time is usually wasted attending meetings that are not at all productive. But what if I told you that there was a way to make those meetings more productive and less stressful?
