I came across my first Tibetan singing bowl while taking a hypnosis certification course many years ago. I was mesmerized by the enchanting sound that the bowl made and how it lulled me into a state of calmness.

Tibetan singing bowls have been around for centuries, and their healing power is still being discovered today. These unique instruments are made of metal, and when they are struck or rubbed, they produce a deep, resonant sound. Singing bowls are often used in meditation and prayer. They can also be used in other areas of your life to promote healing and wellbeing.

In this article, I’ll explain what Tibetan singing bowls are and how they can be used to improve your health and wellbeing!

What are singing bowls, and where do they come from?

Singing bowls are metal instruments that produce a deep, resonant sound when struck or rubbed. Buddhist monks have used these unique instruments for centuries in meditation and prayer. However, their healing power is still being discovered today.

There are many different singing bowls, and each one has its own unique sound. The size of the bowl affects the sound that it produces. Smaller bowls typically produce higher-pitched sounds, while larger bowls produce lower-pitched sounds.
